🛒 Costco Haul: High-Protein, Macro-Friendly & Family-Approved
This week’s Costco haul was all about staying aligned with nutrition goals while keeping things realistic for busy family life. Into the cart went: • 🐔 Grilled chipotle seasoned chicken (easy high-protein meals) finally we have it in the Midwest Costcos!!! • 🥣 Magic Spoon cereal (13g protein, 0g sugar) • 🍵 Bone broth packets (quick protein boost) • 🍎 Envy apples THE FREAKING GOAT • 🥕 Rainbow carrots • 🥬 microgreens (forgot to take a pic) • 🥒 Persian cucumbers (I didn’t get berries since we are still pretty stocked with that) When fat loss is the goal, I’m not chasing perfection — I’m designing my environment. My filter is simple: • High protein • High fiber • Quick prep • Family-friendly • Helps prevent impulse snacking Quick question for the BBB community: would we love a dedicated Grocery Haul category asking @Darren Liu or should we just loop this in with Recipe category?? Hello from Rhode Island. I just joined this group. My goal is to reduce my body fat %. I have been in a plateau for few years now. I consistency meal prep, 1,600 - 1,900 cal 3 meals a day meal plan high protein & high fiber meals in a Fasting window as well as strength train heavy with progressive overload 3-4x a week, 1 15 min cardio hiit per week and average 15-18k steps a day with 1 day of yoga/stretching, 80 - 100 oz water & average 7 hours of sleep. My body fat (Based on the MeThreeSixty app) us not decreasing at all.

Guys. I planned and replanned my whole day around a single cupcake. I preordered it days ago. I waited patiently for my pickup time. I had my protein and fiber. I ate a salad with grilled chicken and about 3.5 drops of light ranch dressing for dinner while everyone else ate beautiful enormous slices of greasy pizza. It was a special flavor the bakery only had for Valentine's day. The kids were happy. The husband was happy. The dog was happy. I finally had that cupcake in my hand and was headed upstairs where I planned to sit alone and savor every crumb... And I dropped it. Frosting side down. On the floor. Mother****er.

This is like straight out of a movie and the main character would have eaten it too. I would have done the same. Yup! Building up those immunities. Good for the body, good for the soul. 😋
