Good plan for future growth?
Hi, i know every agency has its own way of things that work, but im curious in what you guys think of this working or too expensive, cheap? - ive been running my agency a couple years and done some websites, ads, social media posting and stuff for some companies. Its good to have that 1000-1500 euro payment for a site and almost 500 euro service fee every year. But now i want to use ghl more and focus on monthly payment on websites. Pack 1: 97euro /month - Website, seo, service/hosting fee, analytics to track site Pack 2: 197euro /month - website, seo, service/hosting fee, analytics, google review automation, access to own ghl user with some features Pack 3: 1500euro one time, 500euro service fee /year - website, seo, service/hosting, analytics - ( made on wordpress w/elementor) Im also upselling ads from there, but this is my starter packs that i think every company needs and can be a good start.

Struggles
Just curious, what is everyones biggest struggle in scaling your agency? I will share mine, being too nervous to go all in on ads and start spending more than I am comfortable with, and my close rate could be better!

Looking for some advice - Cold Outreach vs Meta ads for getting clients
So I'm currently running a Meta ads lead gen agency targeting landscapers/contractors. I've got my first paying landscaping/contractor client on board and the results have been solid - 25 leads in under 2 weeks, he's out quoting consistently and sitting on a strong pipeline of work. Really happy with how the campaign is running. Now I'm trying to land my next 2-3 clients and I'm debating the best approach. I've been doing WhatsApp cold outreach to contractors using a script built around the results from my current client, but the volume is low because WhatsApp bans for too much outreach and most people don't even open it. My question is - for those of you who have scaled past your first client, did you rely mainly on cold outreach to get the next few, or did you run your own Meta ads to generate inbound leads for the agency itself as soon as you got that first client? Should I wait until I have a full month of results and then run ads using that as proof? Should I start running ads for my agency now straight away? Or should I just stick to cold outreach for now and keep grinding it manually? I want to get more clients in asap so any advice from people who've been at this stage is appreciated.
