Hey everyone! I need your opinion about which price to set on content creation services. Because I sell comprehensive done-for-you service, it’s kinda hard to set up a reasonable price. For a context: I grow YouTube-channels and create both long- and short-form educational videos for YouTube (plus repurposing for Instagram, TikTok, LI, newsletter, blog post). It includes a lot of tasks (market research, scriptwriting, channel setup, video editing and publishing, etc.). So instead of selling individual services, I sell monthly packages so client will be fully covered. I have weird feelings from “oh, it’s a huge paycheck, no one will buy it” to “working for a food, great” 😂 So that's why I want to hear your opinion how to deal with it. If you have an experience paying for services I described and you can share the numbers you paid, it will be sooooo helpful. Thanks!

Previously I sell them through Udemy and SkillShare, but it doesn't give good profit. Who was your first hire in your business and what did you have them doing? I'm at the point where I need to hire someone yesterday to start taking over the digital product side of my business or at least being able to delegate enough so that I don't feel like I'm having to do everything. I'm in the process of creating SOPs (Written and video) of just every day things that I do. To just make the transition easier, or so I hope.
