Who was your first hire in your business and what did you have them doing?
I'm at the point where I need to hire someone yesterday to start taking over the digital product side of my business or at least being able to delegate enough so that I don't feel like I'm having to do everything.
I'm in the process of creating SOPs (Written and video) of just every day things that I do. To just make the transition easier, or so I hope.
