Coordination challenge to start the week.
This is one of my favourites for getting into all the juicy bits of the hips. As with all coordination work it can take a while to get it down so don't be afraid to ask any questions if you have any If you do have the coordination down set a timer for 3 mins and then see how the hips and spine feel at the end.

Haha, my hips aren't anywhere near allowing me to touch the ground, but the bounce feels goid
Barefoot Shoes
G'day All Short time reader, first time poster...just delving into the barefoot material and about to crack on with the recommended audio book. I'm a massive advocate for running around barefoot as to me it's just comfortable, as a heavy diesel mechanic who wears boots for 10 plus hours a day I try to wear as little on my feet as possible when I'm not working. Which coincidentally gets me in trouble with my partner when I traipes dirt into the house or probably more importantly when I'm doing cabinetry work for our renos sans shoes. I found barefoot shoes many years ago when I was working on and around boats in NZ and absolutely loved them but since then I haven't gotten back into them...a few days ago when I ordered a new pair online (here's hoping they fit). Anyway, this actually feels like a bit of a nothing post. I guess I'm just curious as to who if anyone else wears them or has considered wearing them? I do understand that you don't get all the benefits of being completely barefoot but from my experience they do allow you to mould around what ever is under your foot and I can assure you when running or walking through the bush you still have to be careful as sharp objects will still cause you some pain.

I really like the width of barefoot shoes and the connection to the ground, but I'vedeveloped consistent pain in my right big toe knuckle which is affecting my ability to walk. Anyone know any options that have some degree of cushioning?

@Glenn Robson thanks!
Lifestyle for Lowering Inflammation + Stress
When it comes to our lifestyle and daily habits there are so many things we can do to create positive change. Such as reducing exposure to toxins, increasing nutrient density, altering products and cleaning habits... I would love to know, are these types of things something you want more info on? I can do a live call around this and give you the exact habits that we have been implementing after obsessing over this stuff for the past few decades. Use the poll below or just write into the comments anything you want to know about.

Menopause with Dr Anny Fodor
Here’s the full conversation I had with Dr Anny. For anyone women in their late 30’s and beyond this is worth a listen. If you want to reach out to Anny about anything her website is linked below. I hope this is helpful and feel free to message privately if you have any feedback or insights.

I resonated with the really, REALLY, needing space. I did chuckle when Anny was talking about this, cos yep, that's me! Can't wait to get into bed with my book come evening. I feel like the menopausal transition has been medicalised (like pregnancy and birth) which implies that it needs fixing. In reality, it's about honouring that we need to shed what no longer serves us, but that's the difficult part for most women. Anny didn't mention it, but I'm guessing IVF would be in there as an endocrine disruption along with the pill. I did IVF for both babies and questioned at the time what the long-term implications were, but got blank stares from the doctors.
Menopause and Perimenopause
Exciting News! I have the opportunity to interview Dr. Anny Fodor, a women’s health specialist with 25 years of clinical experience in Chinese Medicine. She’s been helping countless women navigate menopause with wisdom and holistic solutions. If you could ask her anything about this powerful transition—symptoms, hormones, natural support, mindset shifts—what would it be? Drop your questions below or send me a private message! I’ll be speaking with her on April 7th, and I’d love to include your biggest concerns in our conversation.

How do we address cognitive changes leading to brain fog and brain freezes? Is weight gain a given in perimenopause or a sign of possible thyroid issues?
