This afternoons class recording
Tonight’s class was great. Spinal mobility. Shoulder mobility. Slow strength in the legs. Then some rather humbling push ups.

Monday nights class recording
For those that missed it the Monday night class has been uploaded. This one is a nice mix of everything. For this session you will just need a red ball and a basketball. We start the session with some spinal waves. Then move into a small circuit of basketball rolling and some mobility in crawling. From there is coordination using the reb massage ball and some basic arm swings. We finish with lizard crawl, some core work and push ups.

Speed tool/osso substitute
OK team, for those of you that were keen to get a speed tool but weren't keen to spend $600 to get a pair I think I have a potential substitute. I can tell right now that the grip/handle on the official speed tool will be a lot better than this but this should work for most of the bigger movements. I'll buy one of these myself to test it out but it may be a viable option. and its only $69. This one is all about the hips.
It might not look like it from the video description but this session digs deep into the hips. It starts nice and easy with some work standing on the feet and then builds from there. Expect to squat, crawl, lunge and move around on the floor in general. No equipment needed. Just some space to move around in.

Burpees Aspen Style
This is not about smashing out burpees. It's about getting on and off the floor in some novel ways. Exploring elements of strength, mobility and movement as you go. This session goes well with the moving through ranges on the floor follow along. All you need is some space to move around. Ideally a soft floor but not essential.
