Hey everyone, we have a big weekend ahead of us with the Fighting Monkey Workshop, and we are hosting Jozef at our place. So unfortunately this means we will have to cancel our Monday night class this week. Sorry for the inconvenience! We will be full of inspiration and recharged for the following session.

This is one of my favourites for getting into all the juicy bits of the hips. As with all coordination work it can take a while to get it down so don't be afraid to ask any questions if you have any If you do have the coordination down set a timer for 3 mins and then see how the hips and spine feel at the end.
Hey I've just added the new video to the Movement Snacks - It's an old video! As you'll see filmed at Aspen many moons ago. It is the sequence we did in this mornings Upward Spiral Class. A short 10 min practice that will bring awareness to all our joints and how we hold ourselves. There is no audio, it's just a follow along sequence for you to learn and use.
I have just uploaded the recording from last night. This one is low impact and easy on the brain! (No co-ordinations). I covered lots of lower body mobility, balance and threw in some hanging towards the end. Enjoy
