hello! I’ve finally gotten around to making my introduction after a busy week, I bake as a side hobby and my latest hyper fixation has been making macarons! And I want to learn how to make them more fluffy, as of right now I feel like I’m so close and it’s just one little thing that I needed to tweak but I’m not sure what it is here’s my macaron tax from yesterday‘s batch and I can’t wait to interact with everyone!
