Wha are your guys favorite fillings that aren’t too sweet? I’d love to hear them

I made these shells today, can’t decide what to fill them with.

I've never really been a fan of macarons with buttercream. I absolutely love the ganache, the curd and the pate de fruit. I highly recommend pate de fruit (fluid gel) to take your macarons up a notch. In this video I'm making patè de fruit strawberry basil.

Does anybody know about Crystal’s Filling Recipes? How to get to it? Thank you
