Strawberry Lemonade, Blueberry Mascarpone, Toasted Coconut, Neapolitan, Mint Chocolate Chip, Cotton Candy, Nutella, White Chocolate Ganache with Raspberry Curd and Dolce de Leche were the flavors I put together this week. These little boxes are just so fun to put together.

What macaron filling is the best? I’ve tried buttercream but i’m not really a fan because i find it too heavy in flavor. I’m making macarons this weekend and i’m planning to do blueberry, raspberry and strawberry filling.

Decided to fill these with a Cadbury Crème Egg filling that I made from scratch.

I feel this has been my best bake to date!

Has anyone have any ideas for how to make a marshmallow fluff type chocolate ganache? I'm thinking of making homemade fluff and incorporating it into the ganache. Any thoughts?
