Wk1: Day 3
Daily Steps: 14.2k Protein: 116g —— I was suppose to go to gym but my key tag didn't work. Went for a walk instead for 30mins and in the arvo, did an Aerial yoga class.

6450 steps. Was a super busy day with three different appointments sorta spread evenly throughout the day so I didn’t get to walk with my daughter much

Wk1: Day 2 - 75 min Ashtanga Practice
Daily Steps: 10,050 Protein: 104g —— Today was supposed to be my Push Day but decided to skip it as I only had 3 hours of light sleep. My legs are also sore from the leg day yesterday. I finished my day doing 75 min yoga class. Started shaky but finished strong and loosened.

Thank you 😊 I paced my day well I think. I go to the gym first before going to work but skipped it and had a bit of sleep in. What helps when you get little sleep but need energy is to nourish your body well. I take creatine. I also increased my carbs to fuel my body before the class (which was in the afternoon). I’m still learning about all this nutrition stuff. My partner helps me on that one. And of course, always listen to your body. No point exercising if you’re gonna get yourself injured (been there, done that 😅)
Wk 1: Day 1 - Leg Day
I haven’t done leg exercises for a while so this was a killer for me after the workout. 🦵🔥 (Update: End of Day) ✔️ Daily Steps: 11.5k ✔️ Protein Intake: 137g — Step-up with 10kg dumbbells 3 x 10 each side Hip Thrust (Machine) 43kg x 10 50kg x 9 50kg x 9 Seated Leg Curl (Machine) 20kg x 10 25kg x 9 Stair Climbers 10 minutes

My fitness has improved compared to few months ago. I guess what helped is that I do yoga or aerial yoga classes from time to time. I walk to and from work as well. So just ramping up my workout routine and trying to be more consistent. 😊
