New job and meditation
I’ve been so burned out that meditation has become my lifeline. And I’m tempted to do it less because I’m feeling better. Weird, right?! Anyway, got a new job and have been mainly meditating! Hope to tune in more! Feel free to use this community selfishly even if it’s just you posting for your own gains! That’s sorta why and how I made it for me too lol

Meditation
I haven’t been working out lately or getting in 10k steps….but I have been meditating at least. And for about an hour every day too in 20 minute sessions. Pretty cool stuff. Hoping to do it more and work out too. Stay tuned! I think I’ll start logging my meditation!
Been dealing with pain
I’ve been walking but not quite hitting 10k a day. Been opting for meditation over exercise. Trying to get that 10k in and hopefully hit the treadmill because that seems to be my biggest exercise that I tend to get in when I go for it and then I get like 15k steps in haha. Make a wish/say a prayer for me!
Wk1: Day 3
Daily Steps: 14.2k Protein: 116g —— I was suppose to go to gym but my key tag didn't work. Went for a walk instead for 30mins and in the arvo, did an Aerial yoga class.
11/15/25
Did 17500 steps holding my daughter walking around the house because it was raining! She’s about 25 lbs so it was a good workout for sure!
