Handstand drills
I need help in the moment I am doing kick up handstand to wall and I am getting better. In the moment I can do five seconds handstand without wall. My question is if I can perfect the handstand with only kick up handstand, because I see everywhere that you NEED chest to wall handstand. I tried it (from the video of Lucas morales) and fell over and my mom almost denied me from continuing wi handstands. Thanks

Well I didn't do any Chest to wall(I regret it and I am going to add it)but with just trying to get it by kickuos I got 15 sec Handstands (not consistent:( )
What about this core training program?

The killer core workouts in this video are really good and it is true that your core is being used in almost everything if you brace it properly, I always struggle with that while going to failure, I used to train core in a proper session when I started out but now I usually only train my core doing L sit and dragon flags as an add on to my other sessions

I was having trouble feeling my front delt in planche lean so I tried pronated grip and felt my frony deltoid like I never have and I was wondering if it has any negative side effects

Is this workout good

I really want to have a good plan cause I have experienced what a bad plan can do to ur progress for the past 3-6 months I only had the Bodyweight element and no skills in my training which just consisted of different variations that just wasted time
