I learned it the hard way
So i do periodization and i do two weeks hypertrophy as my main focus and i love training till failure in almost every set even though some people say I should not because......and i still did it no matter what people said. I trained till failure because i love the feeling of the pump and feeling like my muscles are being used completely. But today i paid the price. After finishing my workout i felt horrible, for the first time i felt just horrible. I had nausea, i felt like if i was about to faint. I tought maybe I should eat something so I grab the first thing in sight some papaya and well it has fructose so it would help me. But i couldnt hold it I went to the bathroom and threw up. Thankfully it wasnt that bad and afterwards i felt ok. So the lesson is i will never train till failure in every single set maybe just the last set of my workout. and specially if i train four days calishtneics back to back. so yeah DO NOT TRAIN TIL FAILURE IN EVERY SET PLEASE.

Handstand push ups and presses
Yo guys i have a question about two things: Is it normal to have a inconsistent handstand?sometimes i can hold it 10 seconds and sometimes i totally Miss the kickup🙃 or only have a short hold, Will this improve its been around 1.5-2 months that i finally locked in on learning handstand and its better but still inconsistent. Also i am working on my presses to handstand and handstand push ups but i think i need to be just a bit stronger for a better ROM so would working on pike push ups and wall hspu be enough for that or what else?

One year transformation
Wow I can’t believe it is already been one whole year since I started working out with calisthenics since October-November 2024! Man time flies like literally. Just like Sokka:). Ok well I have a photo of me some years ago which is the most accurate on how I looked before doing calisthenics then I have some photos of my progress which I took like 6 months after starting and I am going to like have a video of those photos if you want to see it it’s not mandatory and today I took another photos. One thing to have in mind is that the photos in the video I took them with bad lighting so they don’t look that good. I know I am far from being really good physic but I am actually happy with the progress I have at the moment.

l sit to handstand
Yoo guys few days ago i chose to fully focus on L sit to handstand until i can do it this was 5 days ago and from then i trained everyday for 2 hours just attempting it over and over again. Now after 5 days(and 5-7 months of skillbased calishtenics) this is where i am at: I can easily L, sit i can go between my legs even on the ground, i can press up with kicking my legs so using a bit of momentum, I cannot hold the handstand after yet, i might start training the handstand more serious so that i can hold it. As i said i focussed 5 days fully on this and got amazing progress i dont know how its possible maybe i got a better technique. In a few weeks or maybe less i will give an update on my progress Also any tips will be appreciated. For example i have a bit of a hollow back but dont know yet how to fix it How is it going with you all? Edit:my head is touching the floor sometimes i am also working on keeping the bent arm handstand a bit higher, also the first video is not a L sit to handstand ofcourse but quite similar and i wanted to try it out
