How you doing? I have been training calishtenics skillbased for 8-9 months and have learned the hspu, mastered 90 degree hold, am very close to doing my first bent arm planche press, and am learning oahs (max hold 2.5 sec) But i just registered for a local endurance competition in May this means i will probably train for this even though i am going to keep training skills which is my favourite as well. The competition is not that serious but my first one so for me it is It involves: 12 pull ups 30 push ups 40 squats 15 dips 5 toes to bar I believe its about doing it as fast as possible with correct form I can do al those things unbroken already but back to back is probably a lot harder. If you guys got tips about how to combine training skills with endurance tell me!
