Is this workout good
Hi guys I am a 14 y.o and I want to learn the L-sit and handstand as a progresion to hspu and my training include exercises to build a base for my 90hs and I was wondering if my workout was good enough and if I was doing too much or too little or should I focus on skills more
(I do each exercises 3 to failure warmup included)
