This is how Marco Learned his first handstand in 3 weeks!
His handstands looked like a wild game of Jenga seconds from collapse. Now? Straighter than my hairline in under 3 weeks 💈 Marco came to me bored of lifting weights, stuck, and unsure how to start calisthenics with his busy welding schedule. So I built him a custom plan, kept him accountable, and tweaked the routine as he leveled up. He stayed consistent — tracked macros, logged workouts, and sent form videos for feedback. Now he’s: ✅ Hitting muscle-ups like butter ✅ Holding clean handstands ✅ Getting shredded almost single-digit body fat Marco, I’m proud of you bro. This is just the beginning. If you’re an ambitious man or woman who wants to get lean, strong, and master calisthenics skills… 📲fill out my 1-on-1 coaching form in bio & we’ll reach out. https://form.typeform.com/to/W6nHFua6

Lessons from 14 days straight going into the ice bath
I started a new challenge of going 30 days in the ice bath in a row. The main reason for doing it is to challenge myself even more right at the beginning of the day. Most days I’m doing it around 4:30AM. I get out of bed, get the ice ready, and jump into it. Here is what I have noticed so far: 1- My level of discipline is increasing: I have always been passionate about discipline and levelling myself up. I was doing cold showers for a long time, but they weren’t challenging me anymore. When that happens, I felt that I needed something harder, something that forces me to do things. The ice bath is doing exactly that for me. 2- Dopamine levels are INSANE: I leave the ice bath feeling like I want to conquer the world. It gives me such a strong shot of good dopamine that I can’t even describe how much better I feel after it. It sets the tone for the day. 7 hours of sleep, ice bath, workout, and deep work, I feel incredible and it keeps me going. 3- People are enjoying it: I have been making videos for my Instagram and sharing this challenge. People are getting inspired and motivated. I talk a lot about discipline, fitness, nutrition and mindset, things that I help people with and how I live my life. It feels good to see people resonate with it. The feedback has been really positive. 4- I’m keeping the promises to myself: Every day this challenge forces me to be there. I don’t miss a day because I know I made this commitment to myself. Posting it every day also helps with accountability. I’m not someone who breaks my word, and this challenge reinforces that. 5- My stress tolerance is increasing: Ice baths teach your mind and body how to stay calm under pressure. If you can stay present and controlled in freezing water, you can stay present and controlled in stressful conversations, busy workdays, or moments where your emotions usually take over. When you train your nervous system in discomfort, everyday problems feel lighter and easier to handle. These are the lessons that I have learned so far. There will be days I won't be feeling in the mood to do it. But it is part of the process. That's how you level up in life.

I learned it the hard way
So i do periodization and i do two weeks hypertrophy as my main focus and i love training till failure in almost every set even though some people say I should not because......and i still did it no matter what people said. I trained till failure because i love the feeling of the pump and feeling like my muscles are being used completely. But today i paid the price. After finishing my workout i felt horrible, for the first time i felt just horrible. I had nausea, i felt like if i was about to faint. I tought maybe I should eat something so I grab the first thing in sight some papaya and well it has fructose so it would help me. But i couldnt hold it I went to the bathroom and threw up. Thankfully it wasnt that bad and afterwards i felt ok. So the lesson is i will never train till failure in every single set maybe just the last set of my workout. and specially if i train four days calishtneics back to back. so yeah DO NOT TRAIN TIL FAILURE IN EVERY SET PLEASE.
