For Sonny.
I have initially signed up for the monthly membership. I have looked to see if I can upgrade to a yearly membership, but am not able to find anything. Could you tell me if this is possible or do I have to wait until the current period expires?

Hi, Obviously I completely misunderstood how your payment system works and which is the premium membership. I wanted to participate in the live session for today Sunday 18th, only to find that I was now blocked and also can't access 8 pieces of brocade and other classes. I now assume that because I changed to a yearly membership at half the cost, some items are not available. If this is correct I will wait for a reply and then revert back to the previous monthly subscription.

@Jayda Jeon Thanks very much. I will look at what is available tomorrow when I do my daily Qigong.
Qigong
Really enjoyed the Qigong elemental from the second 7 day challenge. I am going to make a note of these movements and use them as part of my daily routine. Thanks
Arthritis
I have arthritis in my knee and shoulder joints. This limits my range of motion in some of the moves. Sometimes I have a better range of motion than others. Does anyone else deal with this? Mike

Hi Mike, I also have a number of knee issues so understand your situation very well. I have been doing the QiGong with Sonny for just over 2 weeks. Even after this short period of time I can say that as long as I don't over-pressure the joints, I can feel some improvement. As they say Slowly, slowly, catchee monkey.
Walking after sessions
This morning was the QiGong winter session. Wanted to say that I have noticed a difference in the way I walk after these exercises. What I was very surprised at was, last evening I was early for an appointment so I was walking slowly. I then realised that I was not striking the floor with my heal but rather with more of a flat foot. I had not intended to do Tai Chi walking but it was something that happened.
Live sessions
This afternoon (in Spain) joined the live QiGong and Tai Ji sessions. 5pm was the perfect time for me as I would normally be on the back end of a Siesta and not be ready for anything. I think previously that I wasn't fully using the bend in the legs during rise and fall movements. However today one of the 'Lifting up the sky' movements caused a real burn in my upper thighs. This was not a bad thing at all as I now know what I have to do to get a true benefit from the exercises and movements. Roll on my daily QiGong tomorrow (Friday).
