This afternoon (in Spain) joined the live QiGong and Tai Ji sessions.
5pm was the perfect time for me as I would normally be on the back end of a Siesta and not be ready for anything.
I think previously that I wasn't fully using the bend in the legs during rise and fall movements. However today one of the 'Lifting up the sky' movements caused a real burn in my upper thighs. This was not a bad thing at all as I now know what I have to do to get a true benefit from the exercises and movements.
Roll on my daily QiGong tomorrow (Friday).
