Life is Life’n right now. But, I hit all the areas, including at home workout, but need to step up the eating side of things (more protein, more water and earlier in the day carbs).
Also, small win - but I had my annual physical today and between last year and today, my BMI is finally in a healthy range for my height, my heart rate is perfect and my glucose is where it’s supposed to be :)
Calorie goal 1597 actual 1377, Carb goal 150g, Fat goal 45g, Protein goal 148g. This challenge was quite a balancing act counting macros. It definitely sped up my fat loss and muscle gain. This will continue to be a habit for me. I never would have figured this out on my own. Thanks for the challenge @Andre Kzirian and thanks for tweaking the protein and carb numbers for me @Morgan DeDobbeleer 🥳🤸🏼♂️
