I did a HIIT cardio hot mat Pilates class tonight for the first time ever and I was sweating and shaking soooo much it was crazy!!!!! I was so proud of myself for getting through it!!!! Got in all my protein and water today!!

Day 15/21
Last night was the first night I skipped a post but I was exhausted from cooking and cleaning all day!!!! I had grilled chicken with mashed potatoes for lunch and grilled chicken salad for dinner. I had to do all of my workouts sitting down yesterday because my ankle is bothering me a little bit. I did legs, abs and arms.
