Didn’t make it to classes but did arm workout at home and 40 min snowy walk/run. Trying to keep my meals with high protein and had protein shake.

Hit my water, protein, steps! Was at a wedding but ate only protein and veggies! No alcohol either!!! We are locked in!!

Did all the things…. Struggled with my protein intake 😅

Worked out in the morning and then went home had a smoothie and then later had another smoothie and for dinner had steak and broccoli

I couldn’t make it to this mornings classes unfortunately but I will be doing yesterday’s workout from Felix (looks like a good one!) later on! I’ve gotten in my AM protein shake, my daily weigh-in and I’m eating lunch soon!!! (I’m having tuna for lunch) I’m still struggling with getting enough water in.. any suggestions?!?!
