I did workouts Wed, Thursday and Saturday. Considering that was 3 more than I've had since Sept. I'm very happy. Pilates on Monday was amazing. I was a "good sore" for 3 days. Ab workout on Thursday another 3 days. I'm doing pretty good after arms workout on Saturday. We'll see after this one today, Andre. I do think my recoveries will be better this next week as I build in another workout... or two.

Day 5
17K steps today to make up for not tracking yesterday. Weight stayed the same as Day 4 but waist dropped 3 more cm (8cm/3inches lost so far total this week). All other daily tasks done!

First week
My schedule make it tough for me to come into the gym this week so I really liked the 20 min workouts. I dropped 2 pounds โค๏ธ.
