meet my goal weight
Hi everyone, I’ve reached my goal weight with Zepbound 5 mg weekly. I would still like to lose an additional 5 pounds for maintenance purposes. I’m wondering whether I should space out my 5 mg doses or microdose a lower amount weekly instead. I’d appreciate any advice.

I have been on 5 mg of Zepbound for quite some time now. I have lost 17 lbs. of my 25 lb. goal, yes, I know it's slow but working well for me. the problem is that I have been the same weight for 2 weeks, and nothing that I have changed has worked
Let's Finish the year strong 💪
Hey everyone, I wanted to get a little real with you today. Over the weekend, I spent some time reflecting on why I haven’t been able to lose those last 5–7 pounds I’ve been chasing for what feels like forever. There are definitely days when I feel proud of how far I’ve come and can fully accept my body as it is now. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, hitting PRs in the gym, and truly love how lifting makes me feel. But at the same time, there’s this part of me that still wants to challenge myself to see how fit I can really get. My goal weight is 145, and I know deep down it’s not about perfection…it’s about proving to myself that I can follow through and finish what I started. When I was honest with myself, I realized a few patterns holding me back. There are weekends when I track loosely or not at all. I’ll give in to cravings or tell myself, “I may never be in this area again,” so I grab the dessert or the coffee drink. It’s not sabotage, but it is inconsistency. And that’s what I want to change. If I track and do well 4-5 days a week, but have untracked meals the rest of the time, or I just estimate, that means, I may only be accurate 60% of the time, and the other 40% I'm leaving to whatever. (BTW, I'm on 5mg Tirz that I does every 2-3 weeks, doesn't really affect me that much anymore) So for the rest of the year, I’ve decided to take this seriously — to tighten things up with my nutrition, stick to my plan 80–90% of the time, and reflect each week using the Weekly Check-In worksheet . I’m sharing below. It only takes five minutes, but I think it really helps me. If anything, I'm challenging my mental toughness, and seeing if I can overcome eating impulses (tough with my ADHD brain) If any of you are in the same place , feeling good but still wanting to level up, I’d love for you to do this with me. Let’s see what we can achieve by the end of the year, together. Comment below and let me know if you've give yourself some end of year goals, or maybe it's time to set one!

I think at some point we all fall off the wagon, but the most important thing is we get back on the horse and start again. this is a journey, not a race. I have lost 17 lbs, but it took me 4 1/2 months. I am happy with that. I have never been able to lose more than 7 lbs on my own. I am at 5mg tirzp and no side effects. I still want to lose 11 more lbs, but do not want to up the dose or deal with S.E.

Made this today and it tasted pretty good! You could add some stevia as well 🙂 A good alternative to protein shakes and 38g of protein!
