5-Day Smoothie Glow-Up Starts Monday! 🎉
If you’ve been in my world for a while, you know I love smoothies… I’ll share more of my smoothie story this week. But for now, I’m excited to let you know we’re kicking off a 5-Day Smoothie Glow-Up starting Monday, and it’s open to everyone. Here's how it works: every morning I'll drop a new smoothie recipe in the community feed. You make your smoothie, take a picture, and post it. That's literally it. Five days, five smoothies, five chances to show up for yourself. There are no strict rules with this challenge. The idea is that you'll be adding one delicious, nutrient-packed smoothie a day alongside whatever you're normally eating. The energy of this whole community doing it together is what will really make this challenge special. Why am I obsessed with smoothies? Because when you consistently flood your body with this much whole food nutrition - fruits, leafy greens, healthy fats, anti-inflammatory ingredients - you start to feel it. You start to have more energy, better digestion, and a natural glow that comes from actually nourishing yourself. I'll be sharing the smoothie recipes and a tip daily, but I also want to share the recipes ahead of time with the grocery list so you're prepared.
