Protein Overnight Oats! ๐ช
This is the easiest way to get protein, energizing carbs, and a solid amount of fiber in the morning. I eat this EVERY SINGLE morning without fail even when I'm not training. The best part? You can make a bunch and store them in the fridge for the week. Ingredients: - 60gr of rolled oats - 100ml almond milk (I use one that's sweetened with cane sugar) - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder - Topping - 100gr of mixed frozen berries Tips: - Play around with the quantities to fit your preference - Use less/more almond milk for the texture - You can use any dairy you like (I use almond milk because it's lower in calories and it tastes great ๐) - Use any flavor of whey you want (I've used chocolate and strawberry before, but vanilla is my favorite) - Plant protein works too, I just haven't tried. - Add low fat / no fat Greek yogurt if you want to bump up the protein! Method: - Pour almond milk into a glass container - Then the scoop of protein powder - Mix well with a spoon or mixer - Dump oats in and mix well again - Make sure all oats are covered in milk - Top with berries - Place it in the fridge overnight.
