Mioplastic
Anyone followed or tried mioplastic method from instagram ? Im doing mewing.world their course in combination with a specialised dental/cranial chiropractor to fix all of the issues and thought maybe to add exercises from her aswell due to her results being pretty awesome . Also ordered the reviv 3 but the fact that i always have to wear it kind of puts me of it .

@Santiago Figarola Thanks man, I’ll look into it. Maybe my asymmetry could benefit from it (at least what I intuitively think)

@Appy Pandey Thanks for the clarification. Wow, there are really a lot of aspects to deal with. Honestly a bit overwhelming...
Stretch marks from the most effective technique yet.
I was massaging my left arm during class, when I instantly got this huge stretch mark in my arm. I went over some noticeably tight spots. Particularly, massaging near the posterior forearm zone was what brought these changes in the upside-down equivalent. This is the histo-stretching (histo means "soft tissue") I talk about. It is the fastest method of progression, much faster than techniques like thumbpulling (or 3D oral face-pulling, as I do it). Full post here. More info about histo-stretching (my most effective technique) here

Would these be the lines that Ken from Reviv talks about in several of his videos and that he says are signs of progress? Very interesting! As far as I know, you’re the only ones who talk about them.

hi, i started thumbpulling like in november 2025, right now i'm losing hope because My palate didnt expand, why? still 35mm palate

Actually, Santiago, who documented the expansion, started with 2 hours a day for a few weeks. Dedicating that much time, at least for two weeks, could really be the turning point, which might be the amount of time an adult needs to reopen the suture. @Santiago Figarola I’ve watched many of your videos and, from what I understood, you experienced great palatal expansion during the first weeks (how many weeks were?) with about two hours a day of palate stretching, and then more general health and posture improvements with Reviv + little stretching , but maybe not as much expansion as in the initial phase. Is that correct?
