Stretch marks from the most effective technique yet.
I was massaging my left arm during class, when I instantly got this huge stretch mark in my arm. I went over some noticeably tight spots. Particularly, massaging near the posterior forearm zone was what brought these changes in the upside-down equivalent. This is the histo-stretching (histo means "soft tissue") I talk about. It is the fastest method of progression, much faster than techniques like thumbpulling (or 3D oral face-pulling, as I do it). Full post here. 👉🏻 course here. This is one of the advanced techniques I frequently do as part of the Fast Method. In the description, I share how it works, and in the video, I show how to do it. I'll be sharing more information and guides in the classroom and on my YouTube channel, so be sure to check those out :)
