I've been trying to get auction partners for the past few months by asking in the best way I knew how. No success. Last week I sent out a new email to my list and made a post in a community I'm in, making an offer to run an auction for people... ... but instead of my usual way, I applied the OG Rule from the CDOD training. Result: A coffee date yesterday... two today... and two scheduled for tomorrow. All from qualified people with good offers. All worth doing a test with for an auction. Conclusion: Some words are magic... like the OG Rule.

They have connections with all the other chapters in the US and in Europe and they're going to test this with a smaller community, if it works well, they have many community exceeding 100k members (across the different offers and channels they run) and they will introduce this to EVERYTHING if the first one goes well. THIS IS HUGE, I'M SO EXCITED!!!! They're expecting me to put together the offers for the auction and then we already have a followup call scheduled for next week. @Travis Sago everything I need to do this right is here in the classroom or should I check the Kajabi as well? I want to make sure I don't mess this up!

Got a response and great market feedback from a big dog in the niche I’m looking to become the “godfather” of. The win? I wrote the copy and got a reply! Meaning… I’ve proven to myself that I can take the funnel out to different niches and drum up responses. Even when I got this reply I felt some of the neediness "yuck" kick in… “Dang I have to nail this response back” “This better work out and become a deal” "What if I say something dumb!" (likely) But I slowed down for one second. Now I’m seeing… If I do some research, copy testing, and giving… I will always be able to drum up replies and coffee dates. Which helps me be less precious about any one response or potential deal. Plus a bonus nugget... So many folks struggle to crack consistent coffee dates and pipeline outside of the Mojo Verse. The FUN-nel is an entire business model in itself that could be used to drum up all sorts of rev-share deals and opportunities. Not that we need to go run off and start a new biz... But it's about recognizing how flexible our new FUN-nel Asset is. BTW the asset includes all the principles we learned! What else have I learned? Travis tweaks and experiments like a mad person… He mentioned an engagement angle bombed in his funnel… And so he tested a new pain point to hook folks in with. Okay big deal? It means you can always troubleshoot what’s not working and keep what is working in your email copy. Which also helps reduce neediness... Cuz you’re just trying out variants of one possible angle that could lead to replies. And there are always angles to test... it's just about persisting to find the one that clicks. Plus there is no shortage of prospects who could use our help. Lots of gold happening right now folks!!

People delay making big, scary decisions. BUT... Shrink the decision, remove the teeth and they often move forward. Let's say you have a potential partner who was hot to trot about running an auction... But then... They start dragging their feet. What to do? TRUTH and SHRINK the decision. “If you’re like me, you’re probably wondering if your peeps will respond to an auction. We can figure it out in one email/post. We’ll know in one email and a couple of hours. I’ll write the email/post if you send it.” It works because we “shrink” the decision in their heads. People delay making big, scary decisions. Shrink the decision and remove the teeth and they often move forward. Then you can run home and tell your sweetie, "Honey, I shrunk the decision!" Now... Get this. If the test goes great... NOW the potential partner is so excited that they ask YOU to move forward. If it doesn't go great... PERFECT! Now we know we need to change the offer OR move onto another partner and we've wasted very little time.l Knowing and practicing this has made me a fortune. Now… I pass it on to you!! Gonna keep this short because I'm on vacation with the family right now But just wanted to share that the whole Giving FUNnel concept is there to be abused, guys. First auction from it is on its way. Maybe it'll pan out? Maybe it won't... But looks like a great start to get my calendar preggo with coffee dates/opportunities. I don't think I've ever wanted to get back from a vacay so much
