O.I. - potential deal on the table
@Shivam Sharma's sweet tapping got us an opportunity I could use your help with, purrty pliz? His price was too high, so we did the OSO "For every $10,000 I send in sales, you just shoot over $2500 to me AFTER the money is safely in your bank account. " to which he answered: ------------ "potentially. I dont think 2500 is doable tbh. if i make 10k in rev. i pay 25% to closers. 25% to my dev team. overhead is around 10% for software etc costs. 40% pre tax margin left. 20% post tax margin. So if we can find something that makes sense sure." ------------ So before I jump with him on a coffee date and understand a little more about his process, I wanted to have a few aces up my sleeve... The way I see it, if he has enough volume, we could start working only the peeps who haven't converted after a call... and get the 25% the closers would get Or, maybe you smart fellas have any tips on how I can negotiate this up?

@Travis Sago This guy has approx 200 leads per month, running into 3 closers. They're getting 8% close rate, and he wishes to get to 15% (so, 180 unconverted leads every month) He's had hundreds of clients who paid bertween 5k-20k, and some that paid up to 150k - and he says he only serves companies from 30 million to 1 billion All of those were ONE OFF sales, btw I mean, like... so much we can do right? -tap unconverted leads -upsell/auction with his clients -licensing -auctioning integration to his system for a CRM or SaaS Am I thinking right that the 90% who don't buy are the balls that are closest to the hole? Or would you just go straight to auction with his 400-500 buyers? I'm thinking here that maybe getting control of the flow might be a smart play
Pokemon Card Auction - Part 2
Here's part 1: https://www.skool.com/ronin/the-pokemon-card-auction?p=24bb34de How could the auction winner recoup some of his $16 million winning bid? Partner with Logan Paul (the seller). Then create an event or attend an existing one...like a giant collectible event. Bring the card...with LOTS of security (obviously). Create a photo package where fans/collectors can get a photo wearing the card around their neck with Logan Paul right next to them. Charge a premium price. OR/AND... Create an auction! Winner gets private dinner with Logan plus the full card photo experience. Then a limited number of people get a group dinner with Logan as the follow up offer. Just have to be creative.

Where’s the dang fun?
What’s missing from auctions mostly? FUN! Dinner, an Old Fashioned and a big fat Tomahawk steak is gonna get more bids than the “proven process” to “whatever”… Check the pic attached! $3700 bid for FUN! AI is great. Use it when it makes sense. Buuuuut… AI is boring AF compared to a real human connection!! Don’t turn off your humanity because you’ve got a Claude subscription! Rooting for Ya, Travis

CDOD: First Auction
Just completed my second auction ever. WE got a ton of engagement. 120 comments. But only about 17 bidders. Two were bidding themselves out the entire time haha. Highest bid went to $2300 for credit repair and funding services. Domino offer is working really well. 100% so far on the third tier. Only been two people tapped for a 10 x $197/mo They both want to pay in full later. So not too shabby. Excited to get another one going. Thanks for this one @Travis Sago ! Great partner.
