What do you do, when you run out of workshop space?
Like anyone else, I've been having trouble with not having enough space in my workshop; so I'm expanding. The larger shed, on the left, came with the house. It has been my drying room for logs I pick up, as well as the garden shed. Now it's becoming the annex to my workshop. To do that, I'm building the smaller shed on the right, to be the garden shed. I'm already using the annex some, having set up a bench for finishing out there, where it's away from sawdust. I also have my laser engraver set up in it. Once the garden stuff is out, I'll have more room for lumber storage; as well as building another workbench specifically for doing larger glue-ups on. That way, I don't always have to tie up my main workbench for gluing projects together. Not sure what other non-sawdust operations I can move out there; but if I come up with any, that's where they'll be.

Table Saw vs. Miter Saw - Which one should I get?
📣Question From the Community: I can't decide if I should get a table saw or a miter saw. I've been weighing the pros and cons, but I'm still indecisive and thought I could use your help. > Table Saw - straight cuts, versatile, good for large projects, can occupy more space though > Miter Saw - angled cuts, good for projects where accuracy matters more, more portable I see the benefits of both of them, and I probably will have both down the line. But right now, I'm on a budget and I don't have a lot of space. So I have to pick which one to buy first. What's your take on my table saw vs. miter saw dilemma? Thanks a bunch for helping me out!

Table saw
So funny 🤣
We've all been there: starting a project with high hopes, only to realize it's going to take longer than anticipated. Care to share your experiences with projects that stretched beyond their original timeline?

Woodshop room addition..started clearing out brush and cleaning around my woodshop, that took forever. There were things in the brush that was placed in there 25 years ago..i built a pole barn style room and i fought the every post hole because of tree roots..i was expecting my boys to help..but that didn't go well...due to weather things were delayed a few times..im 61 years old i work 50 hours a week and I just cant move like i want to..or like i did when i was younger. I just did as much as i could a little at a time..the room is 99.9% finish..im getting the main wood shop cleaned up and redoing the layout..getting rid of a few things and adding a few..it's just taking so long..I'll get it someday ,,lord willing..im tired..lol

Harbor freight display model
Harbor freight has a wood workbench on sale ,,ive seen it in ads,,and watched review videos. Just happens i run across their flyer for a sidewalk sale they was having,,they had the bench on sale. 40$ off the price..i went in the store to look at the display model they had already assembled...i had to laugh to myself..it was put together wrong..the drawers weren't assembled correctly..they was crooked and i couldn't get them open it was really wobbly..i was thinking they would probably would sell better if it was assembled correctly..i wonder how many sales were lost..or if they should have a display model or not?
