4-Letter Words
Sometimes, woodworking can get a little bit frustrating, causing us to do some four-letter words. So, I thought I'd share a few for you to use. 4-letter shop words: Wood, Ouch! Glue, Sand, Ooof! What? Sand, Cuts, Hmmm, Sand, Nope, Over (as in do over), More, Grrr, and once in a great while… Okay. Eventually, if we don't give up… Done!

LOL!!! Love those words, but I will have to say, it will take some practice to get thim in my daily routine. LOL Now I'm one who talks to himself. When I get frustrated I try to talk it through and if your wondering, yes I do answer myself. How else do you learn.

Which thickness planer should I choose between the Dewalt 734 vs 735?
Have any of you used the DeWalt 734 or 735 in your workshops? I'm torn between the two. I've been woodworking for some time now, and I'm ready to invest in a thickness planer. Both the 734 and 735 seem like solid options, but I'm not sure which one would be the best fit for me. Would love to hear some personal experiences if you got 'em. In my opinion, the 735 would be a better buy. If I had the money to buy one, that would be the one.
Garden gnomes
So today is our 3 year wedding anniversary, she's into garden gnomes, so I thought I'd maker her one. I distressed the paint to give it and older look. I think it turned out pretty good. She likes it and that makes me happy.

@Rich Murphy It was supper simple to make, "all out of scrap". The hardes part was drawing it all out.
What's Everyone Working On?
I'd love to see more of you posting your projects. We want to see what you're working on; share in your triumphs and tragedies. Preferably more of the former and less of the later.

So I've been making a lot of planter boxed and selling them on market place. Today a lady ask me to make a pair and she'd pick them up, after making them and telling her they are done, she changed her mind. No biggie, they sell quick. I'm Old enough to remember when a person told you something, you could count on it. The two benches are 14×40 inches and will be used for flowe pots on. I really like the style Stefane Demers did, I just might build one similar to that enfront of our deck for my wife. She wants planter boxes there.

So my wife is into gnomes, she saw a ruff cutout of one you hand outdoors and liked it. So we cam home and I went to work. It's 20× 12 inches. I'm going to paint it, then Distress it.
Are Harbor Freight's Tools Worth Buying?
A lot of you enjoyed my video on Ryobi tools... and a few people got mad about it. Oh, well. I'm at it again, stirring the pot and giving my two-and-a-half cents worth; this time, about Harbor Freight and their tools. The short version is some is good and some is not so good. Take a look at the video and leave us a comment on YouTube, if you like it. That helps promote the channel and our community of woodworkers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vNpSqbomkIo

I shop Harbor Freight all the time. However, I will not buy sandpaper nor blades of any type from there. I have also found that there hand planers are BAD.

My biggest thrill is taking old wood and making into something beautiful.
