Do you really lose data?
Quick question about ads... particularly on Meta. @Jessica Clark & I are running a campaign at the moment that we recently turned the ad spend down on to review everything to determine our next best steps. My question is if I turn off the campaign why is it that people say you lose data? Isn't the pixel there to collect the data so future campaigns don't spend as much time in the learning phase? And a quick follow up... Instead of turning off the campaign, is it better to turn it down to just $1/day? I need to allocate the ad funds to 1 campaign only since we have a limited ad budget and that's why these questions popped up in my head! Thank in advance for any help 🙏🏻 It's much appreciated! The GIF because: "Dolla Dolla bills y'all" 😅

@Phil Clark you could also bring them into your group first and have that part of the onboarding... "click here to start your skool group" I think that's what most skool growth communities do
Proximity > Willpower
One of the best decisions I’ve made in business was stopping the habit of trying to do everything alone. At some point, you realize progress doesn’t come from grinding harder. It comes from proximity. That’s why groups like LFG Premium and VIP exist. You're not paying for information. You're paying to shorten timelines by being closer to people who are already building what you want to build. That’s why I joined Premium. And it’s done exactly that. Sharpened my thinking, improved execution, and cut a lot of unnecessary friction. What caught me off guard was seeing where I wasn’t applying the same logic. My own health. As founders, we invest in coaching, communities, and systems for our businesses. But when it comes to energy, fitness, and consistency, a lot of us default to willpower: “I know what to do.” “I’ll get back to it when things slow down.” “I just need to be more disciplined.” That mindset wouldn’t fly in business. If you wanted faster results, you wouldn’t white-knuckle it alone. You’d invest in structure and proximity. The irony for me? I’m a fitness coach. I understand the fundamentals. And I still caught myself skipping workouts, cutting sleep, and trying to force business growth anyway. I was relying on willpower instead of structure. Something I’d never do with an established company. That’s when the parallel clicked. The same reason rooms like this shorten business timelines is the same reason support and structure shorten the timeline to better health. Not motivation. Structure. Accountability. Environment. When energy improves, a lot of other things follow: • Decisions get clearer • Communication improves • Patience increases • Income often does too Not hype. Just practical cause and effect. You show up better. Clients feel it. Teams feel it. Your family definitely does. This isn’t a pitch. Just a pattern I’ve noticed. Where are you already investing to speed things up in your business, and where are you still trying to white-knuckle it on your own?

Be Visible and have fun!
Chances are, if you’re in here, you’re interested in growing your own community and/or scaling your profits. Something I’ve noticed over the past few weeks, not just in my own community but in others I’m part of, is this: The more present you are, and the more fun you have along the way, the more engagement you end up creating in your own space. People mirror energy. If you show up with curiosity, humor, and genuine interest, others feel it, and they respond in kind. The opposite is true, too: when you disappear or treat your presence like a checklist item, your audience starts to drift. So here’s what I’ve been reminding myself lately: Show up. Be seen. Have fun. That’s where the growth happens.. Both in your community and in yourself. I'm curious. What’s one way you keep things fun and engaging in your community?

excited about the speed to product... Concerned with over-relying on it and losing the ability to produce independently.
