Do you have Saturday actions for your business today?
I do. And today I have not touched them yet. Why? Because I am finishing a carryover task from the week. My YouTube video comes first. That was the commitment. So that is the priority. And here is the honest conversation I just had with myself. I almost added a Saturday task that said: “Post and promote YouTube video.” It would have made the day look productive. It would have given me something easy to check off. But it would have blurred the truth. If I move the deadline instead of honoring it, I am not improving. I am just protecting my ego. And that makes the data meaningless. If my goal is to have my video posted by the end of the Friday workday, then doing it on Saturday and checking a box is me letting myself off the hook. Again. I do not want fake progress. I want clean data. I want to score honestly. So if I do not get to my Saturday tactics today, I will score that accurately. No drama. No shame. Just information. That is how improvement actually happens. Closer each week. Better score next week. More alignment over time. Now your turn. What is actually on your plate today? Drop a screenshot. Or tell us you are fully off work and protecting your energy. That counts too.

I don't work on weekends at all. Never. I used to be a wedding photographer for 10 years and that did it for me. I worked every weekend for years and years. Now it's my time to disconnect, go out and do fun things with friends etc..
3rd product on Etsy!
I was able to take some time yesterday and asked chat got for guidance on strategy for my first sale fast. So I took my clip art bundle, made a mini bundle, and adjusted my price for each.

I got my first sale last Friday! It was so exciting. It took about 5 weeks after launching. It takes time to start showing up.
How many hours do you sleep do you get on average? 😴
Sleep is important… But what’s your personal sweet spot? I need to get 8-9 hours each night! 😱

Debating on Course vs Membership
Hello Sybil and others I'd love to get your opinions. Right now I have a course that is ready to be sold but I am struggling with the format. I could sell it as a one-off course I am thinking $97 which I would have it on Systeme and then keep my free facebook community as a place for support. Or I am thinking about starting a membership on Skool... And doing a low-cost membership that is $7/month and includes the course in it as the "core cirriculum". Another option is maybe moving my free facebook over to Skool, and then having people "upgrade" to get the access to the course within the community. There is so much information out there about Skool that I haven't dived into yet but as a user I have enjoyed the experience on Skool and I like the way the Classroom is set up seems like an easy way to have upsel options. Would love to hear what others are doing or any thoughts :)

I think having it on Skool is a great idea, only thing would be moving your fb community as not all of them will move or want to join another platform if they’re not on Skool already. So you may need to do more marketing to get them to join but having the course as a selling point could be your main driver! Running a community on Skool is much nicer and organized than FB.
