šŸŽ‰ The 12-Week Year is Coming to This Group in February
I just posted a new video all about how the 12-Week Year has totally changed the way I plan, stay focused, and actually get things done without the burnout spiral. This is just the first video. More are coming to explain why this method works and why you might want to do a 12-week year, too. @Lise Lively @Yvonne Ankarberg @Megan Holley @Meeta Bhatt, and I have about 4 weeks left in our current 12-week year. And I've decided to host the next one here in this group! Here's what's coming up: āœ… 12 Week Year Kickoff in February āœ… Weekly asynchronous check-ins āœ… 3 Mastermind sessions around our 12-week goals - The kickoff session will be live and free for all members for 7 days - After that, the replay and full experience will move into the Premium tier. You can upgrade here. If you’ve been wanting more structure and momentum without the pressure of doing it all alone, this is for you. But first, this week, there is a Reflect + Vision Session Check the calendar for the timing in your time zone. It’s all about reflecting on 2025 and getting clear on your big annual vision. That way, your 12-Week goals are rooted in something that really matters to you. I’ll be sharing more details soon, but I wanted to give you a heads up. Let me know in the comments if you’re thinking of joining the February round and what your goals might be. I’m excited to continue to build alongside you.

Scale on Amazon
I just watched this video and I’m genuinely excited to up my A+ content game in the new year. This is a key part of how I plan to scale on Amazon in 2026. I’m finally going to give it the attention it deserves. If you are an Amazon KDP or FBA seller, this is absolutely worth watching. A+ content is not fluff. It is a real lever for growth when you are serious about building sustainable momentum on Amazon. Watch it here: https://youtu.be/qCViOIheFnc?si=lBItlFViR1kZoeTk I’m in. Let’s go.

Thanks for sharing! I was interested in hearing about keywording our images. I wonder if this is just in renaming the image? Or the metadata.
Slow???
Are you finding your journal sales slowed the last few days on Amazon?? What to do? Also a friend asked a book store if she would carry my journals and she agreed to 10. I told her $22 and she can sell for $35 or whatever. When she thought she had to pay shipping she said it wasn’t worth it. So I’ve said I will pay for it. It moves some books, gets them into the world and less storage fees. Now I’m trying to decide do I ship from Amazon at $6/book or take them to the post office to see what they charge?? My concern is storage fees with time.

@Sybil Hall try pirate ship instead for mailing, you get discounted rates from usps and ups. Much cheaper.
Sold 3 annual subscriptions to my Skool community in under 24 hours
I thought I’d share and celebrate a recent win. I’ve been struggling to get people into my paid community (most were staying on the free tier), with the odd monthly signup here and there. I dwelled on it over the holidays and made a few strategic changes — and after implementing them, I sold 3 annual subscriptions in under 24 hours. Here’s what I changed and what worked: I updated my About page and refreshed the graphics so the offer was really clear — exactly what members get, how it helps them, and the benefits of joining. I also removed the free tier and changed it to a $5 entry option instead, which helped create clearer differentiation between the plans and added more perceived value to the annual subscription. Then I emailed my list (I already have an existing audience) and highlighted one of the Canva templates included in this month’s content drop. In the email, I emphasized that anyone who signs up for the annual plan gets access to all previous content since the group started back in August. I also reiterated in simple language what the group is and who it’s for in the P.S. of the email, just to remove any confusion or hesitation. Sharing in case this helps anyone else who’s been feeling stuck with conversions — happy to answer questions!

I feel like making it paid to get in the first place really helped, as before I know there was interest but since it was free to join, they just did that and never bothered to upgrade once inside.
