WAM (Weekly Accountability Monday): Look Back to Move Forward
It’s Monday. Let's take a small pause. Before you rush into this week, take a breath and look back at the last one. What felt easy? What felt fun? What felt hard? What did you actually finish? What did you quietly let go of? What was your execution score? Are you above or below 80%? Why? Don't judge yourself, be curious. Because this is where the shift happens. Many people jump straight into the next week without understanding what actually worked last week. Then they wonder why they feel busy but not clear. Reflection is the work we need to do. If you are doing the twelve-week year with us: Drop your WAM in the Padlet or right here in the community. I will be on the live WAM call today too, if you want to come do it live and/or chat! https://www.skool.com/multiple-streams-of-income-4358/calendar?eid=5a0b92a90ce64a569bf0b8bd6164c5c5&eoid=1776099600 Share: -Your execution score -What you planned vs what you actually did -One reason if you fell below 80% -Your commitment for this week Keep it simple. Keep it honest. We are not chasing perfect weeks. We are building awareness and consistency in our actions! And that is what creates calm momentum. 🔥 Happy Monday!

Question about 3LP and Amazon
Hi! I'd love to know how and where you sourced 3PL options and what to look for in a good one? What questions to ask and how to contact them. How long do they hold our products and what is the cost? You'd said that you ordered 500 units to start.....are you now ordering higher volume and what changes did you make since you first started? I won't be changing my card deck it has been a several year long project. You'd said that the Amazon learning curve is big....what do you mean...what are the steps for this and how do I get started?

Welcome! We’re really glad you’re here 💛 I’ll walk through your questions based on what I’ve learned doing this over the last year and a half, and others here can absolutely add their experience too. We’re building this together. First, on 3PLs. If this is your first product, a 3PL can be a really helpful option depending on how much inventory you want to order. For example, you might store 500 units there and send 200 to 250 into Amazon to start, then replenish as you sell. A lot of people in our community are starting to use 3PLs now so they don’t send everything into Amazon at once and get hit with higher storage fees. Amazon also has its own option called AWD, and there are even some solutions directly from manufacturers overseas now. What matters most is finding one that understands Amazon and is easy to work with. You want clear pricing, no surprises, and someone who can prep and ship your products correctly. I will be searching for one in the coming weeks after ordering 1000 pieces of my best selling journal! The first big decision though is not the 3PL though. It’s this: How many units are you going to order? Get quotes for different quantities. How few will they make? If your manufacturer allows it, I still think around 250-500 units is a strong place to start. That’s what I’ve done. I started with 500 to test, and when I saw it working, I ordered more. Amazon is competitive. There are sellers with thousands of reviews and listings that have been optimized for years. So the goal at the beginning is not perfection. It’s testing and learning. Both of which I do a lot of here with you all! You want to test: Will people click? Will they buy? At what price? Against which competitors? That’s why starting at a level where you can learn without too much risk matters. The other piece people don’t realize at first is this: You need to sell consistently. If your product just sits in Amazon, fees start to add up quickly. So building early sales matters more than just getting the product listed.
