This morning brought a few tears. My dad let me know he wouldn't be contributing to my Kiva campaign because he's not comfortable with how Kiva works, and that's okay. Still, it hit me emotionally. I think many entrepreneurs know this feeling. We want the people we love to understand what we're building. We want them to see the vision. We want them to be excited right alongside us. Sometimes they are. Sometimes they aren't. And that's okay, too. The funny thing is, this moment showed up right as I was putting the finishing touches on the first draft of a free 3-part secret podcast miniseries for entrepreneurs. The creation was already done. Now it's time to produce it and publish it. This Kiva journey has pushed me to show up. It's pushed me to ask for support. It's pushed me to lead more authentically. And now it's pushed me to teach. Gosh, isn't life beautiful? You have to be willing to hear "no" to make room for the "yeses." And there have been so many yeses. ❤️ I am grateful. I'm going to take a shower, have some lunch, and then record and publish this mini series for you. If you're already here in Income Without Burnout, make sure you're at Level 2 because that's where I'll be unlocking it first. 🎉
