How old are you and how tall are you? Ik you might want abs badly but maybe you should prioritize growth and muscle build, up to you of course
How can I gain muscle but also loose fat at the same time?
Im 13 and I weigh 106 lbs and I'm pretty skinny but also around 12-15% body fat. I just started calisthenics a while ago but I just started working out consistently 2 weeks ago and started eating a lot of eggs( 3-6 a day)and I'm noticing some gains already, which is good! but I'm kind of wondering if it is possible for me to be able to make gains/gain weight while loosing fat

to lose fat you need to reduce your caloric intake (cutting ) and also do cardiovascular training , at the same time have a balanced diet good on proteins to gain muscle , while obviously training hard💪
Lat pull down?
I just started training for pull up strength and I won't have access to resistance bands before a month or more. I just wanted to ask if lat pull down works similarly to a pull up with resistance band or not since I don't want to wait for it. Thanks.

Rows will help , then move to negatives, then when you get your first pull up just start working on form and more reps❕
Your help is NEEDED!!!
Caliversity currently has 1 free online call that is hosted every Friday night where we come online to learn about calisthenics training. Eventually, I would want to host more calls too, so we can help people who might have a tighter schedule. And I need YOUR help for that. Interested in joining our future calls? Comment below: 1. The country you stay in 2. The timezone you follow 3. The time of day that you are most available(according to your country's timezone) 4. The days that you are usually available Example: Singapore, GMT(+8), 8pm to 11pm, Wednesday nights (You can also like the comment if somebody else has posted a timeline that is similar to your schedule) This poll will stay up for awhille, and any confirmed future calls will VERY LIKELY be set based on the timezones that have been commented on THIS POLL See you guys on Friday!

Need help figuring out routine , to not make mistakes this time
As of now, ive recently came back to working out as i was ill for the last two months, i did lose weight so im pretty skinny now, and also lost strength of course. I want to know what routine to do for progress in building muscle and learning skills/strength as i do not know any skills as of now. My push routine as of right now : 4 x Failure dips , 3 x failure pike pushups , 3 x failure decline pushups , 3 x failure diamond pushups 3 x failure normal pushups and to finish off some tricep extensions As for pull : 4 x failure pull ups 3 x failure chin ups 3 x failure neutral grip pullups 3 x inverted rows supined 3 x inverted rows pronated inverted row . My strenght is not bad as i can do around 13-16 pull ups and around 12 dips , but i feel like im a bit stuck and i dont know how to start on learning a new skill, also i dont know if my routine is that good for building muscle either. Any tips would be very much apreciated

@Daemon Caliversity are the sets really okay ? Or should I stop going for failure to avoid exhaustion

@Lucas Torres should I stop doing some of the other pulling exercises for now until my pull ups are very good? Or maybe train the other things just very minimally?
