Iv heard so many training methods online but idk which one I shd use to get the best results?(2 set method?,EMOM?,grease the groove?,5sets ×70%of your max?? If anyone knows please kindly reply to this post thanks
To get the full information about building muscle, just go to the classroom and read it all there. But definitely don't start with emom. It's too hard at the start. Everything you need will be in the classroom in the app or site.

I guess just make sure to eat enough protein, sleep well and early, and make sure to rest your muscles. Rest for a day or two before training the same group of muscles again.
I just started training for pull up strength and I won't have access to resistance bands before a month or more. I just wanted to ask if lat pull down works similarly to a pull up with resistance band or not since I don't want to wait for it. Thanks.
