The Boolean Rule
There's one mistake that stops almost all beginners from making money online. It's the source of SO MUCH wasted time. And it makes it nearly impossible to build an audience or make money. But luckily it can be solved with one simple trick I call the BOOLEAN RULE. // The biggest mistake beginners make is making VAGUE offers to a VAGUE group of people promising to solve a VAGUE problem. If your offer is vague, it won't resonate with anyone, it won't stand out from competition, and you'll make no progress. Money hates vagueness. // The solution? Make your business BOOLEAN. What does that mean? Well, George Boole was an English mathematician and logician born in 1815. His groundbreaking work, "An Investigation of the Laws of Thought," published in 1854, introduced a new way to express logic. Boole's system used binary variables, which could take on only two values: True or false. No in between. // How does this apply to your online business? All successul online businesses clearly state who their business is for, and what problem they solve. This takes the format: I help _____ to _____. I help __SPECIFIC PERSON__ to __SPECIFIC PROBLEM__. The problem with most beginners, is the PERSON they help and the PROBLEM they solve are vague. They are not BOOLEAN. For example, if you help someone "get in shape". And then you ask 1,000 people "is that person in shape?" some would say "yes" and some would say "no". Which means that the offer is vague. And will be hard to sell. In contrast, if you help someone "lose 20lbs of fat" now there is no debate if that happened or not. It is simply true or false. It is BOOLEAN. Make sense? // By making who you help and what you solve BOOLEAN your offer will resonate significantly more, you will be able to stand out against competition, and money will flow to you far quicker. Money loves specificity. Here's 12 examples to drill it home. // Specific problem: Before: "To beat bad habits" After: "To stop fapping to anime"

Welcome to the community. Thrilled to have you here. This place is going to be amazing. For now, leave a comment introducing yourself to the group." That's it. You will improve everything as you go. That's all you need to do for now. Trust me. Action. Action. Action. The data doesn't lie. Invite three people and you'll feel way more accountable to them. // Then once you've done that it's time to start inviting people. Feels scary, I know. But... Lol. // Here's the tactic: You make a social post promising to give free access to your group to everyone who comments. This tactic abuses a loophole in the social media algorithms. By asking people directly to comment, and giving them a strong incentive to do so, the algorithm is tricked into thinking this is a super engaging post, so it boosts the reach of the post to a lot of people. These posts frequently go viral, even if you don't have a big audience. // Then you Direct Message every person who commented with a link to your community. And... who woulda guess... many of them will join. You can automate the DM sending on Twitter through Tweethunter. And on Facebook and Instagram through Manychat. Or just put on your big boy pants and do it manually. // If you don't have any audience, here's what you do: Reach out to 3-10 friends and ask them to like/comment/retweet the post as soon as itโ€™s released.

How To Pick Your Niche In 10 Mins
If you're trying to figure out your niche, or what your group should be about, read this post. You can get your answer in about 10min if you just follow the 5 steps. Ex: I help people new to skool figure out what to make their community about in under 10minutes. (and avoid months of wasted time and stress) A big part of the pressure comes from this idea that you have to โ€˜get it right the first time.โ€™ Itโ€™s the fallacy of the โ€˜perfect pick.โ€™ In reality, itโ€™s never like this. Your original idea is guaranteed to suck and be wrong and not the thing you do a year or two from now - when you've refined it 6 more times. So get your wrong idea out as fast as you can. And simply make it less wrong over time. Until eventually itโ€™s so little wrong that itโ€™s actually right. So letโ€™s just rip the bandaid off and get your first version out there. STEP 1: PICK WHAT YOU WANT THE COMMUNITY TO BE ABOUT Communities typically form around of the 3 Ps: Profession: Some skill you learned from a job or gig. Think โ€œaccountingโ€ Pain: Some problem youโ€™ve overcome personally or helped someone else overcome. Think โ€œovercoming food allergyโ€ Passion: Something that interests you whether you like doing it or like learning about it.
