question about client portal.
UPDATED Better question. After I ask her what she would need in the client portal for her clients, all I need to do is to see if GHL has the right tools for what she wants right? but, can we create a client portal for our client's clients as a page or a funnel with a button on her website to lead to the funnel aka client portal? I am looking for ideas how and if it is possible to do that. Has anyone created a client portal for your client? When a customer asks if I can create a client portal for her website, does it mean I can create a portal like the ones we create for our GHL customers? I mean, how do I know if what she wants in her client portal is what our client portal does? .

@ Celia Steincamp, she could manage her clients from her own portal, as GHL was designed to do. She would also have the capability to handle and send documentation as required. If she requires digital signatures and fill-in "legal" documentation forms, she could also incorporate a service such as Panda Docs. These are just some thoughts.

@Celia Steincamp make the process simple for your client. That will also increase retention. Less work for the client the happier and more productive they feel.

When you are on a sales call and the client is hesitant, donโ€™t overcommit or overpromise the results. You must avoid the mistake of overpromising results just to secure a deal. When you overpromise and underdeliver, it not only fails to meet the clientโ€™s expectations but also impacts their trust in your services. Instead, promise the results that you can deliver and aim to exceed expectations. By over-delivering, you can build their trust in your service, and they can recommend you to their network.

Agreed @Mehran Khan even creating small wins can have a significant impact over time. We must view our results in terms of the long-game and nurture incremental wins for the client. Communication is key.

Hey Everyone, I'm new here having come from UpHex sam's interview with Bailey. However now I'm confused, What's the difference between what Bailey does and just offering FB ads and using GHL to qualify and book appointments? I don't know what to do now :(
