For those of you using SaaS mode, if you are selling the Missed-Call Text-Back as a foot-in-the-door offer, how/when are you charging the client? For example, if you have a 2-Step order form set up, are you just letting them know that it will take a week or two to get the new number verified, and then just giving them a trial during that period? I was thinking about waiving the setup fee or maybe just telling them that the first payment is the setup fee, but I'd love to hear anyone else's idea.

The last lesson is set up is talking about a snapshot you import to use when setting up *subaccounts*. It mentions a link to import said snapshot. Where is the link? It's not in the lesson notes for that lesson. (Note: I'm not talking about the agency version. I was able to import that to my sub account OK) . Thanks in advance.
