@Andre Victorian I finished all Ggbb workouts this week and gonna do them all again. At most I was doing ggbb with hips of fury combo, should I mix ggbb with other workouts too?
Wednesday Thoughts and Updates
I want to thank everyone for the kind thoughts, sentiments, and prayers regarding my temporary health issues. Today, my stomach is substantially better, as is my head. What a nasty virus it was! I may even film once I clean myself up. I look like I’ve been lost on a hike tracking bears, and then the bears found me, took a look at me and had mercy. They realized I’ve clearly been through enough.

Tuesday Thoughts
As much as I had plans to create new training last week and this week, I’ve had to deal with a stomach virus and flu like symptoms. If you are experiencing delays with me getting back to you, my apologies. I am amazed at how quickly one can go from feeling strong to feeling very weak. It is easy for me to take my strength and capabilities for granted, they are my version of normal. As much as I am pursuing goals that go beyond where I currently am, I have to say that this experience is making me appreciate my common daily opportunities and abilities even more. I am grateful for the kind of reminder that is temporary, and look forward to being even more for myself and this community as I regain my full health.

This is my second week as I joined flext! and when I did session 1 first time I realized my lower back is stiff alot! I did S3 tonight and I can see big progress, its maybe 1or 2 inches but my elbows are going deeper down and deeper. S3 was awsome, gonna repeat it 2x more before continue to S4.
