The Awakening Assessment and being Invisible
As a kid i used to organize my room and rearrange it on the weekends. The AI said that it's a form of being Invisible. This is what I usually do. I will cocoon and withdrawal if I feel conflict coming. When I was a kid I remember hiding in the closet and drawing on the walls when I got into trouble.

@Danielle Farnworth That's why I did it in the closet LoL my parents thought it was funny because I drew the Pope. We were Catholic.

@Tina Pomroy YES. That's all I remember as a child. The AI assessment helped me understand what it truly meant. It is funny when I moved in with my late boyfriend, he did the same exact thing at 5am while I slept.
⚠️ Important: Day 2 and every day after will be on Zoom
Hey everyone, first of all, thank you for the energy yesterday. Despite the technical hiccups, we made the most of it, and I'm genuinely grateful for every single one of you who showed up. Over 300 of you were actively chatting in the webinar, which is honestly amazing (and probably part of why Skool's live broke πŸ˜…). What's changing: From Day 2 onwards, all live calls will run on Zoom instead of Skool. What's NOT changing: Everything else stays right here. The community, the classroom, the recordings all of it lives in Skool exactly like before. Only the live event itself is moving. πŸ‘‰ Zoom link (same for every day): https://us06web.zoom.us/j/85644318631 Save this one. It works for the entire challenge. ⚠️ One thing to check: I've already updated the calendar here in Skool, but if you added the event to your personal calendar earlier, it'll still point to the old Skool link. Please replace it with the Zoom link above so you don't end up in the wrong place. See you on Zoom for Day 2, it's a powerful one. πŸ’›

I saw that. It was going so fast I couldn't even read the comments what people were saying. It's actually comforting knowing that we are not alone.

@Nancy Dreher my ADHD was going overboard with all the comments, but it helped me see that so many of us are alike,.
I've been playing board games against myself all my life
Section 2 of the Awakening Assessment just showed me that my perfectionism isn't about high standards - it's about never letting myself be seen until I've already won the game in my head. Even hitting 10 million in sales wasn't enough because someone else did 30. As an only child I had to play board games on my own well... it urns out I've been playing board games against myself my whole life.

That is how I am at work. I was always called an overachiever. I always thought it was a bit of OCD. I always had to be on time with my breaks. I always did more than expected. I hated to be put on the spot.
Day 1 Observation
Just started the ADHD Awakening Assessment and found in interesting insight: Every system I've tried (Franklin Planner--I'm old!, GTD, all of it) failed for the same reason - my brain treats tomorrow like a stranger to today. I guess neurotypical brains may experience "tomorrow" as continuation of "today." When I have a task that is not complete when I go to sleep, everything in my mind resets. Restarting work on the task (along with worrying about all the work on a new day) makes it feel overwhelming for me.

I tried a planner as well and the Awakening Assessment says it doesn't work on us. I was surprised. My parents used to send me to Sylvan Learning Center when i was a teenager and they tried the Franklin Planner on me as well. I cannot even remember how to do it now.
