Anthony’s Thoughts
@Anthony Castore would love your thoughts on this video. I received it from a bunch of people. I don’t agree with his overall logic based on personal experience and that of a couple dozen others I personally know. The comments show even more. Studies never (or rarely) show micro dosing. And I also realize micro dosing has been bastardized from its original meaning to be more of a split dosing protocol. Studies typically deal with those that have T2D and/or Obesity and we know metabolically that’s not the same at all as someone just wanting a boost or reset that maybe has low-grade insulin resistance or inflammation, etc. https://youtu.be/PZtKV9DjRxQ?si=9AQiebL7MStjHOTX

@Katharina Clig I think sometimes people want to be the loudest in the room. That guy is a very angry dude, my wife was listening with me, and she couldn't take it. I def don't vibe in his frequency but was interested to hear what he said because so many people sent it to me. My experiences, and experiences of others def lead to other conclusions than his. That's peptides in general, so many personalized variables to consider. It's awesome to have a resource like this Skool to confirm, ask, learn, apply, and improve our knowledge.

@Kasem Hanson Thank you for that! Great addition to the conversation! Appreciate your input!
Everyone needs to listen to this interview with @Anthony Castore
https://open.spotify.com/episode/2fprUVF1byUiJheLu8K7I8?si=GHKmiEoZSZyT1W3iUpcwBA @Drew Donaldson and @Anthony Castore cover great topics here and most importantly apply common sense to peptides, small molecules and more. "Minimum effective dose" is the take home message. Great job fellas!

Awesome podcast! Very informative! @Drew Donaldson podcast is awesome to me because I always leave with things I can apply. Just learning is great but specialized knowledge is key! That's why this page by @Anthony Castore is likewise so beneficial!
Retatrutide Not Working?
I'm at a loss and need some guidance, so any help is much appreciated. I've been taking reta for weeks now along with healthy lifestyle improvements and I haven't had much success at all. I keep reading all these posts people have made saying how amazing it's been for them, so I'm not sure what's wrong with me. My appetite has pretty much stayed the same, my cravings haven't quieted down all that much, and with the exception of 1-2 pounds, I haven't seen any significant improvement in body recomp. Is it possible that peptides just don't work for some people? Is it possible to be so broken and so far gone that reta just doesn't do anything? Does anyone else feel the same way or am I the only one? It sucks to put time, effort, energy, and money into efforts to improve health, and you feel like you're just spinning your wheels. I apologize for the "pity party" rant but I'm at my wits end and just don't know what to do.

@W Andrews my thoughts exactly. Let us know some of the specifics and the picture can be clearer to see and thus adjust things as needed.
Miostatin Inhibitor, Activin A, and GLP1
This is getting a lot of attention lately and I’m gonna put the question out there. Just heard an interesting podcast on Mind Pump with special guest Dr. William Seeds. Now I’ve heard other people like Jay Campbell and Alex Kikel get excited about this and actually Jay is claiming to have it available soon for sale at his research chemical company. Dr. Seeds was very hesitant to endorse it and brought up many complications it could or would cause. Basically saying it would use up your satellite receptor cells, cause mitochondrial disfunction, and all the muscle that it would create would basically be Type 2 glycolytic muscle. Claiming it as useless muscle. Now as I’ve been traveling the path of health and longevity the montra I’ve always held, is the more muscle you have the harder you are to kill. So my focus has been predominantly towards putting on muscle. With all of the other things running in the background moving towards that goal. Not for aesthetic reasons, but for health and longevity. So when I hear about a miostatin inhibitor that actually works I get interested because of my goals. But looks like acrording to Dr. Seeds this is a No-Go.. What do you guys say?

@Justin Graham what did you experience on it? Were you dosing it weekly?
The Next Generation in Metabolic Optimization: Bioglutide (aIQ-931)
At AlchemIQ Labs, we don’t just follow the science we help write it. While others speculate, we lead with rigorous research, innovative formulations, and uncompromising integrity. Our mission is simple but bold: to redefine what’s possible in cellular medicine and performance by delivering compounds that actually work, not just buzzwords. Every formula we create is grounded in peer-reviewed science. Biogoutide is a first-in-class oral therapy designed to go beyond standard GLP-1 drugs. Where current treatments often sacrifice muscle or cause harsh GI side effects, Bioglutide leverages a quadruple receptor agonist strategy, activating IGF-1, GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors simultaneously. This synergy creates a powerful metabolic reset: GLP-1 + GIP → enhance insulin secretion, improve glucose control, and suppress appetite at the brain level. Glucagon receptor → boosts fat oxidation and raises energy expenditure. IGF-1 receptor → protects and preserves lean muscle mass while fat is being mobilized. Unlike injectables, Bioglutide is orally bioavailable, and is being researched as a once-daily, and able to cross the blood–brain barrier for central appetite modulation. Clinical Proof In Phase 2 clinical trials (13 weeks, 125 participants): Up to 13.8% body weight reduction at the top dose (150 mg/day).No muscle loss observed a key differentiator from GLP-1 monotherapies. Mild side effects only (nausea, diarrhea in <8%), with no severe adverse events. These results position Bioglutide as a superior alternative to single-pathway GLP-1 drugs like semaglutide and tirzepatide, especially for those prioritizing fat loss without compromising muscle integrity. Why It Matters Current GLP-1 agonists are effective but blunt tools—they drive appetite suppression and weight loss but often at the expense of lean tissue and overall metabolic resilience. Bioglutide changes the game by: Targeting multiple pathways at once for balanced, durable results. Preserving muscle through IGF-1 activation while accelerating fat oxidation.

@Justin Graham thanks man, that's awesome! Do you think the Tesa is offsetting appetite suppression at all?
