Appointments Being Scheduled on Incorrect Dates again?
Over the last few days, some of our customers have reported that the bot is booking appointments on the wrong date again. For example, it tells the user “your appointment for Friday is confirmed,” but then actually books it for Thursday. This issue hasn’t occurred for the past 2+ months, so we just wanted to check if this is only happening to us.

Can you please see if adding this to the prompt solves the issue: ## Availability Handling Rule (Global) - If a caller asks for availability for any specific weekday or date or next month (e.g., “Friday,” “next Monday,” “what do you have for the 28th”), you MUST: 1. Say: “Let me check our availability.” 2. Immediately call the get_availability tool before stating any calendar date. 3. Use only the dates returned by the get_availability tool as the source of truth. 5. Check the {{right_now.current_date}} and match the requested weekday to the actual date returned by the tool by calculating it internally. 6. Only then present available times.
Inbound Ai Call Going to Voice Mail
Is there something that has changed, when a client calls into an Ai agent it is not answering but going to Voicemail or saying the Call can not be completed. Please advise @Jorden Williams @Mike Copeland

Conversation log view feature request
I'm sure you guys aren't working on like 10 billion fucking things and I'm sure you'd love another feature request. But here goes. I was wondering if there could be a way where we could see and filter in the inbox for the conversations to see only messages where the AI has replied so that we can look in there and get a better pulse of how things are going

Wallet Refill Not Refilling
So for the 6 months I've been using assistable the wallets seem to never refill automatically like they should. Am I missing something? Support has not been able to solve the problem so far. Anybody have a fix for this or experiencing the same thing?

@Adam Luckey are you able to provide me with the ticket number so I can trace back and see if I can re-escalate this. You will be able to find the ticket number in the 'messages' tab in our support widget
