Appointments Being Scheduled on Incorrect Dates again?

Over the last few days, some of our customers have reported that the bot is booking appointments on the wrong date again.

For example, it tells the user “your appointment for Friday is confirmed,” but then actually books it for Thursday.

This issue hasn’t occurred for the past 2+ months, so we just wanted to check if this is only happening to us.
