šŸŽ„ Advent Adventure – Day 6: Crow Pose 🐦✨
Today’s skill is Crow Pose — balance, confidence, and learning to trust your hands. This is about weight shift, not strength. Pick your level: āœ… Beginner: Crow setup with feet on the ground (try lifting one foot at a time) šŸ”„ Explorer: Crow pose (both feet lifted) šŸ”„ Expert: Crow → Headstand or Crow → Handstand attempts āž”ļø Take your time setting up. Falling forward onto your hands is part of the skill. ā± 3–5 minutes is plenty. Quit while it feels curious, not stressful. šŸŽ„ Videos encouraged! First floats = huge wins.

What if your wrists are very week. I can't stay up for more then a few seconds. How do you strengthen the wrists??

A few minutes ago, this community had over 800 members. Today? We’re at 141. And honestly… it kind of feels like Squid Game. Not because people were ā€œeliminatedā€ for failing workouts. Not because they were not strong enough. But because most people never really wanted to play. They wanted the idea of progress. They wanted motivation. They wanted to watch from the side. But when it came time to take action, post once, show up, try something uncomfortable… they disappeared. And that’s not a bad thing. Here’s the truth I’ve learned from coaching, parkour, ninja warrior, and skill training for years: Quality beats quantity. Always. 100 sloppy pushups with cheating form look impressive. 10 clean, controlled reps actually build something. It’s the same with communities. What we have now is not smaller. It’s stronger. 141 people who are willing to: • Try things they are bad at • Post when it is not perfect • Train even when it is awkward • Show up without instant rewards That’s rare. If you are still here, you are not here by accident. You chose progress over comfort. Participation over lurking. Identity over excuses. And this is just the beginning. šŸ’¬ Real question What made you stay when so many others quietly dropped out?

I'm stubborn I guess, lol
Just managed some pushups
Just managed 10 push ups. I know not much and they where on my knees. But I haven't done a push up for over 10 years. Lol

@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert sore, time for a grandpa nap. Lol. Just kidding, time for a walk.
Total newbe here
Hi Anzac, I'm only new to skool and this group. I can't even do a push up or pull up yet. I've been dealing with previous injuries and am trying to get my mobility back and my strength. Got myself a pull up bar and a set of rings. I've been doing weights, kettlebell, cardio and rope flow. Justin trying to get strong and fit. So I'm ready to start.

@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert thank you, I've been looking through the pdf. Very nicely put together by the way, it's easy to follow. I'm starting a few of the exercises in it. They look really hard. So it'll take me a long time.

@Ifabunmi Ford been trying hard, just going through the progressions. They helping alot. But still only on knees. Not feet yet. So not really real push ups. More like girly push ups, lol. Pull ups are a totally different story. I'm practicing hanging. But only able to do 20 sec hanging. Not anywhere near a pull up yet. Lol
