Day 10 ... done like dinner
Still taking it easy as my Osteo treatment settles in but I got it done (my 50 rep each: squats, push ups and bodyweight rows).
🎄💪 5000 Push Ups Before Christmas 💪🎄
Let’s do something fun together. Goal: 5,000 push-ups as a TEAM before Christmas. That’s it. No pressure. Just action. The math: 5,000 push-ups ÷ 16 days ≈ 312 push-ups per day as a group If 15 people do 20 push-ups a day, we hit the goal easily. Rules: • Full push-ups count as 1 • Knee push-ups count as 2 = 1 full rep • Do them anytime during the day • You can split them into as many sets as you want ➡️ Post your reps HERE so we can track it and celebrate 📹 Video is optimal as we are going by the honor system This is not about being perfect. It’s about showing up, moving your body, and stacking wins together. If you’re in, comment your first PUSH UP NUMBERS and see what we can hit on Day #1 💪

Add 20 more push ups (40 total from my knees) to our Team total. This was in addition to my personal challenge so I guess I did 45 push ups total today (50 off my knees for my personal challenge).

Daily Action Log 🎄 [Dec. 8 – Dec. 14]
Consistency is not about motivation. It is built by showing up, even when the days get busy. That is why this space exists. Completed Day 8 of my personal challenge for December ... 50 ea: Squats, Push Ups and Bodyweight Rows. Added another 40 push ups off my knees for the Team challenge. Finished up with 5 minutes of mobility.
