Tips for a Restorative Day
TAKING ACTION: ✅ What are you most looking forward to enjoying today? ✅ Share one way you’re being mindful with your food or movement today! 🍽️ Today is about fueling with awareness. Notice how different foods, timing, and movement make you feel—this is how you build a personal wellness blueprint. If you’re planning a lighter or more restorative day tomorrow, here are some gentle prep tips ⬇️ ⭐️ Hydrate well today. Water and electrolytes help your body feel steady and clear. Water, fresh lemon, sea/celtic/Himalayan salt = electrolyte water! 💧 ⭐️ Keep your body moving lightly. Walks, stretching, or mobility work support circulation and recovery. ⭐️ Create a calm evening routine. Good sleep supports everything your body does tomorrow. ⭐️ Have nourishing options available. This helps you stay grounded instead of reactive. ⭐️ Listen to your body’s cues. Energy and clarity matter more than perfection.

Friday Wins!!
TAKING ACTION: ✅ After reading today’s post, share how you’ve been working on changing your thoughts this week. Can you share something specific? I want to hear about it! Today is all about sharing our weekly wins, but I want to do something a little different today— I want to share all about our “thoughts wins”! 🎉 We’ve talked a lot about our thoughts this week, and how they dictate everything we do. Hopefully, you’ve embraced this material and have practiced changing your negative thought patterns. I don’t mean to harp on this, but I’m certain this is a critical piece of the puzzle. The goal isn’t to always get it right—you won’t. The goal is to keep practicing. Every small win counts, and every thought change gets you closer to who you want to be. It’s a journey. We’ve specifically talked about how to change your thoughts around the health & wellness journey—how you THINK about it is how you’ll FEEL about it—and how you FEEL about it determines whether you’ll live it out. So, yeah, I’d say changing your thoughts is a pretty big deal, friends. ❤️ So, without further ado, let’s celebrate what we’ve been working on this week! 🎉

Healthy Weekend Habits
We’ve been talking about habit change recently, and if you’ve been crushing our 1% better each day challenge, you’ve already started building healthier habits. With that, I encourage you to take what you’ve learned about habits and apply it as you move forward. It’s easy to revert to old habits, especially when we aren’t talking about them every day, but remember this: Your life is made up of your habits. 💯 The way your life plays out is because of your habits. Your eating habits dictate your weight, your health, and even the way you feel about yourself. Your exercise habits dictate your strength, your health, and your confidence. Your spending habits affect your bank account and your livelihood. So forth and so on… Because of this, I encourage you to continue paying close attention to your daily habits. They will determine your outcome and how 2026 plays out for you. Make sure they’re aligned with who you want to become. Weekend Mindset Tip: It’s easy to go astray on the weekends. Make it a point to not do that this weekend. Practice awareness on a deeper level. Think about your nutritional choices. Practice mindfulness as you eat. How do you feel just before eating? And after? How do your choices make you feel? Be intentional with your weekends. Remind yourself of why you started in the first place…✨ ⬇️OPTIONAL READING⬇️ Healthy Weekend Habits to Help You Reset and Recharge

Tuesday Eats! Walnuts! 😋
TAKING ACTION: ✅ Do you love walnuts? If so, what’s your favorite way to eat them? Raw? Toasted? Mixed in a recipe? Which recipe from today’s website do you think you’ll try first? If you think the foods you eat don’t affect your brain and your mindset, think again. 💯 Everything you put in your body either negatively affects you or positively affects you. We’re going to talk a little about mindset this week, and a discussion around how food affects your brain is a must—because whether you realize it or not, it all works together! Today’s brain-healthy food is the walnut! 🧠 When we’re snacking on nuts, walnuts are often overlooked. Knowing what I know now about their brain benefits, I won’t overlook them any longer! I hope you won’t, either. According to 7 Science-Backed Benefits Of Walnuts For Your Brain & Beyond | mindbodygreen, "Compared to other tree nuts, walnuts are much higher in the plant source of omega-3 fatty acids. These fatty acids can't be made in our bodies - we get them from food - but are essential for brain health and cognition, as well as cardiovascular health. Walnuts contain healthy fats, antioxidants, and vitamin E that can help reduce brain inflammation and support healthy cognition as we age.” If you would like to learn more about the health benefits of walnuts, feel free to read the article above. In the meantime, check out these delicious walnut recipes below. I couldn’t choose just one, so I’m giving them all to you! 👏 10 Tasty Walnut Recipes to Try Now – A Couple Cooks Tuesday Food for Thought: Have you ever noticed that a walnut is shaped like a brain? Coincidence? Maybe. Maybe not…😉

This summer I made a salad with spinach, mango, blueberries, feta cheese and walnuts. It was so good! I never really liked walnuts until then.
Accountability is your friend 💗
TAKING ACTION: ✅ If you’re comfortable, share your thoughts with me below after reading today’s post. Either way, comment ACCOUNTABILITY below if you’re committed to showing up in this accountability group moving forward! Yesterday, we talked about accountability, and I asked you to rate yourself on where you fall when it comes to taking on accountability. If you found yourself in category two or three, the next thing you need to ask yourself is—why? Knowing the answer to this question is a bigger deal than you think because, unless you address the root issue, you won’t ever solve the problem. 💯 From what I can tell, there are numerous reasons as to why someone might not want to allow for accountability in her life, but here are a couple of the most common reasons ⬇️ 📌You don’t like to feel ashamed or attacked when someone calls you out. You take it personally. 📌Fear. You fear judgment, not feeling “good enough”, or any other negative emotion that comes up when held accountable; therefore, you avoid it. Here’s what I want to say to you—both of these stem from your ego self (the identity you’ve built over your lifetime to protect yourself). And guess what? Neither has to have a grip on you. Allowing for accountability, though sometimes uncomfortable, allows you to face the truth. It allows you to see reality for what it is—and that’s a GOOD thing, friends! Accountability is your friend. I promise. Give it a try. 😉
