Healthy Weekend Habits
We’ve been talking about habit change recently, and if you’ve been crushing our 1% better each day challenge, you’ve already started building healthier habits. With that, I encourage you to take what you’ve learned about habits and apply it as you move forward. It’s easy to revert to old habits, especially when we aren’t talking about them every day, but remember this:
Your life is made up of your habits. 💯
The way your life plays out is because of your habits. Your eating habits dictate your weight, your health, and even the way you feel about yourself. Your exercise habits dictate your strength, your health, and your confidence. Your spending habits affect your bank account and your livelihood. So forth and so on…
Because of this, I encourage you to continue paying close attention to your daily habits. They will determine your outcome and how 2026 plays out for you. Make sure they’re aligned with who you want to become.
Weekend Mindset Tip: It’s easy to go astray on the weekends. Make it a point to not do that this weekend. Practice awareness on a deeper level. Think about your nutritional choices. Practice mindfulness as you eat. How do you feel just before eating? And after? How do your choices make you feel? Be intentional with your weekends. Remind yourself of why you started in the first place…✨
