Today is all about sharing our weekly wins, but I want to do something a little different today—
I want to share all about our “thoughts wins”! 🎉
We’ve talked a lot about our thoughts this week, and how they dictate everything we do. Hopefully, you’ve embraced this material and have practiced changing your negative thought patterns. I don’t mean to harp on this, but I’m certain this is a critical piece of the puzzle. The goal isn’t to always get it right—you won’t. The goal is to keep practicing. Every small win counts, and every thought change gets you closer to who you want to be. It’s a journey.
We’ve specifically talked about how to change your thoughts around the health & wellness journey—how you THINK about it is how you’ll FEEL about it—and how you FEEL about it determines whether you’ll live it out. So, yeah, I’d say changing your thoughts is a pretty big deal, friends. ❤️
