STRONG WORKOUT!
1/2 hour after finishing my workout and my face is still red. So happy I hit play and made it happen. I was so tired and wanted to quit several times, but pushing through was DEFINITELY the right move! 🔥💪

@Amanda Steele between traveling, getting my period and having an infant, it's been hard to check in even when i do get a moment to work out. But i am consistently moving and working towards my goals. Cruise in a few days!!!! ☀️
What if instead of asking “How fast can I get results?”
You asked: “How long can I keep this streak going?” 📈 Back in 2015, I never imagined sticking with fitness for 10+ years — not because I didn’t want to, but because I had no proof I could. All my brain knew was 28 years of failure, frustration, and the belief that my genetics were working against me. This transformation wasn’t one single program, one workout style, or one meal plan. Over the years, my seasons changed — and so did the details. I’ve tried a LOT and I can say not one thing is “better” or more important than the other. What really matters is consistency that compounds your actions into results. It was this mindset shift that made the difference 👉 “I’m going to keep practicing healthy habits for as long as I’m alive.” That removed the finish line. It replaced pressure with consistency. And it’s what gave me this side-by-side. As a coach, my goal for my clients is no longer fast results — it’s to help you achieve lasting ones. We build strong bodies and habits that don’t quit when life gets messy. 💪🏼 Maybe you just need to ask yourself the same question I do every day: How long can I keep this streak going? 🔥 If you want additional guidance, evidence-based education/information, and support from me in February, I’m opening up the next accountability group inside classroom. $27, spots limited to 20 participants. Ideas on themes are welcome… Thank you for being here 💓

Okay, I have to say, saw you on the virtual gym in that shirt and I wanted to snag a picture when you had your back turned to the camera. Incredible results on those shoulders/that back! #goals
Sick selfie
I am still so freaking sick! Can't kill this thing, but I couldn't sleep, so I got up and got a little sweaty. Happy I was finally able to do something! Cheers to the slow road to recovery

Still not 100% but I set my alarms last night and with very minimal hesitation, I got up and got it done! Feeling really great right now, oh and I'm also down 5 lbs!!! Hopefully I kicked this nastiness out of my body and can hit it HARD this next month. Cruise honeymoon less than 30 days away!

I took advantage of my Epic season pass this morning by checking out a new mountain. I really liked the layout of this mountain. The ski school and beginner slopes were on the "front" side with the harder slopes on the "back" side of the mountain. Conditions weren't the greatest with fresh snow on top of the ice that formed from the warmer temperatures last week. By my last 2 runs, I struggled to turn my skis with the build up of snow, so I decided to quit instead of risk blowing out a knee. Speaking of which, if we have any snowboarders or skiers in the group who are local or in the northeast, @Jenna Bower and I want to put a feeler out there if anyone would like to meet up next year? We're thinking maybe renting an AirBnb and going to Hunter. At this point, no definitive plans will be made, just wanted to put the feeler out there.

@Krista Evans would love that! If I'm ever able to make the trip down, I'm in!!! We are looking at getting epic passes next year to hopefully be able to start Henry on a board 🤞🤞🤞
