The dig
What a workout!!! I was even on level 2 during the warm up and cool down. He kicked my butt and ai loved getting my sweat on. Happy Saturday

Saturday check in
Tired today (plenty of sleep in terms of hours, quality not the best and my period is coming, wiping me out physically and emotionally). I didn’t really feel like doing this today, but once I started and finished I’m so glad I did! Chest 1 ✅ I was able to go heavier on the presses and I moved faster since I already went through it once. Followed up by protein pancakes

I was wondering about this. Were the workouts supposed to repeat? I assumed it was just a technical mistake. I did THE DIG today.

Love this! Thank you for sharing that joy!
Ever wonder: “Should I skip my workout today?”
The real answer: It depends on your sleep, soreness, sickness, cycle, and your BODY — not guilt. I need you to hear me loud and clear on this one: You don’t get stronger by pushing through severe sleep debt, illness, or injury… You get stronger by choosing the right kind of effort for the day you’re in. 💛 xo, Amanda

Agreed!!! I always recover best when i listen to my body. There are days to push hard of course. But there are also days to rest and recover.
Instead of a “vision board party”…
Hey all! In the past we held vision board parties in the past, usually on zoom. I’m considering hosting something similar this year, but I want this to actually WORK. Vision boards are great but without a plan and follow up and accountability… they’re just pretty “dream boards”. I don’t want us to just dream. I want us to achieve our goals! So here’s what I’m thinking: A live workshop (either on zoom or in person, depending on interest!) that happens either New Year’s Eve day or New Year’s Day. Maybe around 11am or so? This will be free to anyone and we will just spend time together masterminding and creating a plan for our top 3 goals (wellness related or just personal/professional) for 2026. *Then I’ll offer the option of paying for additional support and accountability for a cohort throughout the year! I think ideally BI-MONTHLY or at least quarterly. That would look like: virtual zoom meetings to check in for accountability plus a worksheet for PLANNING steps to follow through on between our meeting and the next mastermind. (Schedule depends on poll for the cohort) Would you be interested in any of this? If YES, comment whether you prefer New Year’s Eve day or New Year’s Day for the first event. (If you’re local, should we meet up in person??? And do a zoom offering)??

Love this idea! So thankful for you always offering more ways to push in and stay motivated. Unfortunately, i will not be able to join in person, so a zoom offering would be my preference.
